Carina Gonzalez Bio
Carina Gonzalez was born in Vina del Mar, Chile, she was raised on Vancouver Island in Nanaimo, B.C. and was interested in art for as long as she can remember. Carina began her post secondary education in Visual Arts at Vancouver Island University (at that time known as Malaspina University-College). During her time in art school Carina began to discover a huge interest in the art of fashion design.
Once discovering her true passion, Carina entered into the Applied Design in Fashion Design and Technology degree program at Kwantlen Politechnic University and graduated in 2009. She has since worked within the Vancouver Fashion Industry for various local designers and companies and now has branched out and created her own business, Philosophy Pink.
